Kusudama flower

Once I saw it I knew I had to try it. You couldn’t say that this was in any way difficult but it needs time, and a clear, calm mind.

When faced with 60 squares of paper at the outset it seems like a daunting task but it can be done very methodically and before you know it you have 12 fully formed flowers ready to glue together and decorate as you wish.

For the less patient, you can of course just complete single flowers and attach a mini peg to clip them to whatever takes your fancy.

The great tutorial I used can be found here.

Happy folding
